Privacy Policy

How Lumirift handles website information and data used by its internal Amazon advertising-management tools.

Effective July 19, 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Lumirift ("Lumirift," "we," "us," or "our"), operator of the Ohlukies brand, handles information through this website and through internal tools used to manage our own Amazon Advertising accounts.

It applies to lumirift.com and to the internal application identified as Lumirift Ads API. It does not replace the privacy notices of Amazon or other marketplaces on which our products may be offered.

2. Information we process

This informational website does not currently provide account registration, checkout, contact forms, advertising cookies, or behavioral analytics. Our hosting and security providers may automatically process limited technical information, such as IP address, browser type, request time, requested page, and security or error logs, to deliver and protect the website.

When an authorized Lumirift operator connects an Amazon Advertising account, we may process OAuth credentials and tokens, advertising account and profile identifiers, campaign settings, budgets, targeting, performance metrics, reports, and other advertising data made available through the Amazon Ads API.

3. How we use information

We process information only as reasonably necessary to:

  • operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve this website;
  • authenticate authorized Lumirift operators;
  • manage, monitor, report on, and optimize our own advertising campaigns;
  • make budgeting, keyword, targeting, and performance decisions;
  • comply with applicable law, platform terms, and security obligations.

We do not sell personal information or Amazon Ads API-derived data. We do not use Amazon advertising data to build profiles for unrelated third parties.

4. Legal bases and authorization

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on legitimate interests in operating and securing our business, performance of contractual or platform obligations, compliance with law, and consent or account authorization where required. Amazon account access is initiated through Amazon's authorization process and can be revoked through the relevant Amazon account controls.

5. Sharing and service providers

We may disclose limited information to hosting, infrastructure, security, and technical service providers that support our operations, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business reorganization.

Amazon advertising information is accessed and used subject to Amazon's agreements, policies, and permissions. We do not license or disclose API credentials or API-derived advertising data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent use.

6. Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including operational reporting, security, dispute resolution, and legal or platform requirements. OAuth credentials are removed or invalidated when access is revoked or no longer required, subject to limited backup and compliance retention periods.

7. Security

We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, including restricted access, credential separation, encrypted transmission, and service monitoring where appropriate. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection regarding personal information, or to withdraw consent. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions.

Authorized users can revoke an application's Amazon access through Amazon's account or advertising-console controls. Requests concerning Amazon's own processing should be directed to Amazon.

9. Children

Our website and advertising-management tools are intended for business use and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.

10. International processing

Our service providers and commerce platforms may process information in countries other than the country in which it was collected. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or other safeguards for such transfers.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, practices, or legal obligations. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

12. Contact

Privacy inquiries may be directed to Lumirift through the verified Amazon marketplace or advertising account associated with this website. Please do not include passwords, access tokens, or other sensitive credentials in a request.
